Musical Theatre Production
The production of Don Juan was a technically demanding, large-scale endeavor. Our Creative Director, Tino Sanchez, was involved in the conceptualization from the beginning. It was a beautiful project that stretched his imagination to devise the concept of moving elements in the stage design and props, such as the enchanting tables used in the Tavern Scenes. He also directed and choreographed the shows. “It was truly a magical production to be involved with; the producer and music composer, Antonio Calvo, provided me with a free creative environment to work in,” he reflected.

The Story
Mystery, adventure, and passion transform José Zorrilla’s legendary Tenorio into an extraordinary musical production, akin to the grandeur of Broadway, for the first time ever. The world premiere of Don Juan, a fiery and intense musical, will grace Madrid’s Gran Vía. This production, based on Zorrilla’s acclaimed work, infuses music into the original verses of Tenorio.
The musical Don Juan promises to lead us through a realm of grand challenges, blending illusion, spectral apparitions, and magical effects with verses turned into songs and new music, ensuring to take the audience’s breath away.
