Tino Sanchez

Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts from Urdang City, University of London. His career began on the London West End stages, where he performed for 12 years in productions such as Miss Saigon, West Side Story, Fame, Oh! What a Night, Hey Mr. Producer, Andrew Lloyd Webber Celebration, and others, eventually leading to the creation of a Multidisciplinary Performing Company in India 20 years later.

His background is firmly rooted in theatre, which has allowed him over the years to grow as a creator and visionary in numerous ways, providing him with opportunities to develop his other passions, Set Designing and visual arts. He is always in search of originality and innovative situations, consistently focused on the pursuit of uniqueness.

This thought process has inspired his work in theater productions like “Circadiana”,NMACC Mumbai, with integrated visuals, the musical ‘Hoy no me puedo levantar’ in Spain and Mexico, ‘Mayo 1808’, ‘Chueka’, ‘Quisiera Ser’, ‘Don Juan a Sangre y Fuego’ in Madrid, as well as other artistic works such as ‘Sacati’ and ‘Resat’ (Spain), ‘Creaseless’ at the Lyceum (London), ‘Jalika’ (India), ‘Circadian’ (India), and other unique creations like “Himalaya Knot” in Mumbai and the Sa-Ladhak Omaggio Project.

In 2012, he chose to remain in India to establish Omaggio, a multidisciplinary contemporary dance, circus, and theatre company. Omaggio has been his passion for the past 11 years, allowing him to grow in ways he never imagined. Training a group of young individuals into fully professional artists has been a revelation and a wonderful adventure.
